Anti Tailgating Device

How does DoorGuard™ act as an anti tailgating device?  We spent years evaluating a variety of technologies and came to the conclusion that LIDAR was the best solution.  However, this technology alone was not enough to protect businesses who were searching how to prevent tailgating security which is why we also added AI capabilities, through a neural network, so that this solution would actually become even more robust over time.  Here are additional details:

• DoorGuard™ leverages LIDAR & a neural network to intelligently identify, track, and report activity within areas of interest.
  • DoorGuard™ uses solid state, or non-spinning laser light, to gather ultra-high resolution 3D point cloud data.
  • These points of light reflect back to the receiver which the onboard processor uses to build a 3D picture of activities.
  • The 3D image, called a point cloud, is sent to our Nebula Inference Engine™ located in the electronics package.
  • The electronics package can be either above the door/opening or up to 327’ away.
• What Is A Neural Network?
  • Neural networks mimic human brain behavior, allowing computer programs to recognize patterns and solve common problems in the fields of AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
